4. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, we will notify you by email and refund you.

5. Payment

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel/return the order.
Condition of Goods: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the seal has been broken or the container has been opened, unless the item is faulty.
Process: To initiate a return, email us at info@ironcalves.ie. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds: We will refund the cost of the product using the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Iron Calves shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or the purchase of goods.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
