How BACK ON TRACK Began

BACK ON TRACK started with two runners – both completely different, yet facing the same challenge.
One was an ultra runner.
Long distances, extreme fatigue, constant stress on the body. Training wasn’t just about speed – it was about surviving volume, terrain, and cumulative exhaustion.
The other was fighting a different battle.
Extra weight. Slower progress. Pushing limits not against distance, but against his own body. Every session mattered, and every recovery determined whether he could show up again tomorrow.
Different goals. Different starting points.

One shared problem: recovery.
Both were constantly experimenting. Mixing supplements. Trying new products. Chasing faster regeneration, better muscle recovery, and more energy for the next session. Carbs here. Protein there. Creatine, vitamins, minerals – all separate, all time-consuming, all inconsistent.
After training, the same question kept coming back:
Why is recovery so complicated?
Instead of accepting it, they started digging deeper. They studied sports nutrition science, analyzed research materials published by leading sports institutions – including the Australian Institute of Sport – and compared theory with real-life training results from two very different bodies.
What they discovered was simple, but powerful:
Recovery doesn’t care whether you’re an ultra runner or just starting your journey.
The body needs the same fundamentals – delivered properly, together, and at the right moment.

That’s when the idea was born.
Create one complete recovery formula.
No unnecessary ingredients. No random dosages.
Just everything that truly matters after training – in one product.
Months of refinement followed. Testing. Adjusting. Learning.
Not in a lab coat, but between long runs, hard sessions, setbacks, and progress.
BACK ON TRACK was created to help the body do what it’s meant to do
